Stuart started his working life with HMRC where he gained extensive experience in taxation. He then became Tax Manager for a local firm of Chartered Accountants before starting his own tax consultancy. During this period he also co-authored 6 financial books in the “Simple and Practical” range. He became a financial adviser in 1997 and was Managing Director of two financial services companies before establishing his own business.
